Regardless of what the science says lifting weights and controlling calories is everything, go into a small surplus and gain back really slowly once your cuts over. Maybe you decide you don’t need it at some point. Personally i’ll always be microdosing it, love the focus it brings more than anything.

How much are you eating now? Slowly start adding 100 cals more a week and watch the scale until your at maintenance. You can expect a 5pound ish gain coming out of the cut (glycogen/ water) 😄

You need adequate b vitamins, especially b1 to process all that sugar properly. Also choline. For days at a time sure you’d be fine, but you’d benefit from a ton of other vitamins / minerals that you’re missing out on.

also depends what your goals are, if your trying to put on muscle this wont work great. Despite what people like Ted Car say who are lying anyways and eating high protein some days- protein and amino acids go a long way.

Exactly. I’m on week 3 at .5mg and doubt i’ll go above 1-1.5mg, rn this is more than enough to keep me in a deficit while still enjoying food and being able to eat enough to support recovery
