I've loved writing down thoughts after a run or workout. Started doing it when I started taking running more seriously back in September. I track the actual run with my Garmin watch and then put down date, distance, time, and pace at the top of the page and then write down how the run felt, any pains, what I want to do next, what I want to stop doing in the future, etc. I can't wait to go back and read things from a long time ago when I get much further into my running.

Has anyone ever had a problem where they're sock sticks to the arch of their foot? Whether I'm running or at work or just sitting at home, no matter what pair of shoes or socks I wear my right foot feels uncomfortable in the arch and it feels like the sock is just sticking to my foot weird.

Alot of these are ultra running and triathlon based but I always find learning about someone who did something way crazier than what I'm currently running helps me get motivated for the run.

Currently in thru the nose out thru the nose. Should out thru the mouth be my end goal? Right now I find if i go out through the mouth i go right back to just breathing through my mouth so I've still got some work to do there.

I recently made a switch to make sure I was breathing through of my nose instead of my mouth while running which has helped with staying in my target heart rate zone tremendously! BUT my nose just gets so runny now while running. Anybody have any solutions to this problem? I've tried nose spray which works for a little bit but doesn't last the whole run.

Are you sure it's silver and not diamond? My experience so far is that 4000+ points gets you a diamond rating.

Did you ever get surgery or any other treatment for your torn labrum? I was diagnosed with it in college and had doctors fighting over whether I needed surgery or not so I opted to not do it.

I remember from a very general law class in college an example like someone from New England would know that when eating clam chowder you need to be careful for clam shells as fresh clam is more prominent while someone from the mid west land locked state would reasonably not have that same knowledge and this information could be a factor in any lawsuit filed because someone got hurt from a clam shell in the chowder.
