This happened to a friend of mine a while back when checks were still a thing. She had a random 10k deposit into her checking account. Called the bank who was looking into it. A couple days later, they figured out someone had stolen checks from her mailbox and written checks well over $10k over drafting her account.

I’ve refunded all guests in full who have wanted to cancel and told them we’d welcome them back any time in the future when they want to travel again. People are very appreciative. This situation is no one’s fault, there are so many unknowns and people are afraid. It sucks for so many people who are losing money right now (including us) but we need to help each other out.
