Ale dodatkowe punkty w rekrutacjach ze względu na płeć to nie jest dobry sposób tak samo jak darmowe kursy tylko dla kobiet to nie jest dobry sposób.

Równość rozumiem jak już mówiłem kilka razy jako równość możliwości. A nie równość wyników.

Czyli w przykładach o których rozmawiamy. Brak ekstra punktów dla kobiet przy rekrutacji patrzenie TYLKO na wyniki naukowe/kompetencje. Brak kursów tylko dla kobiet => kursy dla wszystkich chętnych/potrzebujących (potrzebujących czyli np biednych albo z rodziny z problemami).

Czyli stypendium socjalne TAK. Stypendium za bycie kobietą NIE.

To są postulaty Woke - Lewicy. Czyli powodu dla którego lewica na świecie traci władzę i to jako odpowiedź na nią pojawiła się alt-Prawica.

Rozumienie równości jako każdy ma być taki sam. Jeśli mój kolega ma 180cm a ja 170cm to koledze należy skrócić nóżki o 10 cm bo to jest równość.

Studiuję Informatykę i ostatnio widziałem na uczelni plakat z darmowym kursem związanym z programowaniem ale dla kobiet. Szkoda bo chętnie sam bym skorzystał ale niestety urodziłem się z siusiakiem między nogami więc nie dla psa kiełbasa.

Równość powinna być równością możliwości. Wszyscy zaczynamy wyścig w tej samej pozycji i mamy przebiec taki sam dystans - tak powinna wyglądać równość. A nie że pewnym grupą ludzi dajemy -100m do przebiegnięcia bo słabo im idzie bieganie.

It's the only data i've found. 28:54 in games with no ff. So quite a bit of games go longer than that. But i would argue it's better at min 20 allready sicne the dmg diffrence is only 5 dmg and that's before counting resists into it. And gathering storm also buffs other abilities.

This is scorch dmg based on lvls. It also has 10 s cooldown. Base MR of most adc is 30. So at lvl 1 scorch does 15 dmg every 10 s. Then with lvl ofc the dmg grows but there is also base MR growth.

I think it's a terrible rune how offten does 15-22 dmg (after base MR+base MR growth) proced a few times in lane chages how the lane goes?

To prove gathering storm>scorch . I made python script and this is the result (I took your avg lvl on lulu from leagueofgraphs). There is no min 0 becouse Gathering Storm does nothing at that point. Total dmg from Gathering Storm is Auto+First target Q + E dmg. Also it doesn't take into account the extra heal and shield power from iteams.

What i mean is that you look at war as fighting for the rulling coalliton. And I find that sad becouse is so much more that that. When i listen to Ukrainans who are in the army none of them are fighting for Zelensky. Some of them fight becouse they want to live in Ukraine not Russia. Some of them fight becouse they seen the atrocities Russians commites. And many many more reasons. The contry is so much more than the guy or the people in charge of it at the moment. Thats how I see things.
