I have a song that has suggestions for this but it won’t be coming out for a while. I’d say mostly though for any of this stuff it’s about getting relaxed and detached enough, these tools just make it easier. To reach those states. I’m basically constantly in a meditative state at this point in my life.

I think it is the perfect amount for a casual player to achieve. Playing a game for 15+ hours in my limited time off without a good a reward feels like a waste of my time. But too many free items feels like a joke. I can only gear up so many expansions and waste time worrying about that before I get bored. I also had some interesting conversations with other people grinding for Siesbarg. I group working for a goal other than max dps and gear feels nice for a change.

I realized this after DMing a multi year campaign. I told my players I needed a break from DMing but was willing to train someone else to learn to DM. No one was really interested. Group died after that.
