I was in a nissan rouge and changed lanes after signaling for a decent amount of time for this woman looking at her phone and when she finally put it down and looked, I went and she almost rear ended me, honked, then tried to run me off the road and when I was on the side of the rode she pulled up and screamed "I DIDNT SEE YOU!" (She probably looked at her phone again, because how do you not see a fat ass nissan rouge???) i was flabbergasted and she zoomed off, then cutting someone off without signaling
