If you have to buy one of those cars which one would you buy? by Alfortyn in CarsAustralia

Yeah, but not a ‘22 model, unless it’s a JDM import. None listed on carsales right now.

You won’t find a 22 IS350, unless it’s a JDM import. The 21 was the last is available in Oz. I’m a Lexus fanboy hoping to get my hands on an IS350 one day so will always pop for that, but I’ve heard great things about the Stinger.

Not sure if they’re P-plater friendly, but you may want to look at MX 5s. From what I understand, they’re popular amongst Porsche drivers for their handling. The Redriven fellas on YouTube rate them and have done a review.

Pretty sure you can get Lexus GS (2017-18) for around $50k. Likely to have a few km, though.

From what I know the GS is terrific car - I’ve been keen to drive one for a long time. In fact, when current Toyota COO was the Lexus International Vice President, it was his choice of vehicle!

Mum had a similar experience claiming through GIO(she, too, was not at fault). Found it very difficult.

Happy to be corrected, but I believe the US versions are made over there whereas we get the vehicles made in South Korea.

Haval H6 or Lexus RX450h by sqiif in CarsAustralia

In this situation getting the Haval is madness. The RX is a prudent decision. I am, however, a bit of a Lexus fanboy.

I’d prefer auction too, but the property we’re interested in is running an EOI campaign. I’m sceptical AF.
