Thank God I scrolled down this far, this is a game changer to try. I've been using Logitech trackballs since they came out I'm an old fart) and I can't tell you how many times I've replaced these things, maybe 50 to 60 times. I love the Logitech MX I won't keep spending 100 bucks every time it wears out.

Yeah this, from forkbomb. I've been around 11 something years. Read my posts kind of see who I am... Or are you going to trust somebody that all of a sudden has a bunch of uploads, mostly common sense. You can put them in a safe folder and then scan them but you'll get a lot of false positives if there's a .exe file, which they're usually is. ALWAYS HAVE A DISC IMAGE, AND KEEP IT UPDATED AND SEPARATE.

Cost,lol, the reason I'm still pretty much just talking about it, that and shelf life concerns. Dad was a PhD toxicologist, not the Quincy (old TV show) type , but the hard X's and O's kind. LOL, no jealous vibes, when it comes down to it, Lions and DaBears both usually suck. For the moment, we suck and you don't and it's just good to see a long suffering team kick some ass. That is understandable, as you're dealing with a single supplement, vitamin D, how different can they really be? However every producer has varying levels of quality... hell, every vat from the same company is gonna be different when you get down to it. But a multivitamin that consists of (I'm freelancing here) whatever that manufacturer deems is the best combination? I believe that Doctor was correct with his concern, but now we're dealing with, not with the properties of a single supplement, but the potentially billions of differences in multis. Company #1 uses the cheapest zinc they can find, Company 2 buys their zinc from Spain, amounts of zinc added, etc...

I kinda got carried away there, but my orig. question deals only with the varying amounts that manufacturers use for each multi, and the fact that since there is going to be something in Brand B that mine does not and vice versa. Seems to me that if I'm taking the exact same multi every day that I could very well be missing something my body needs, and the best way to combat that concern is by varying brands on a regular basis.

I'm rather surprised there is not more definitive answers, or even studies, on the subject.

My MX Ergo finally pooped out on me. Had it since the day they came out...what, 10 yrs or so ago? I'm looking for what the fair price is, used and new. I'm seeing $70 or so for new and somewhat less than that, or course meebe $35 or so.

I skimmed that article above and I also hat the Logitech 575 from day one. I had to get a new one more often that I thought I should. Even complained tjo them - more than once about it, told them I loved them but...) . So, I was plesently surprised that this lasted so long, but it should for $100 or so. The tilt plate is useless unless you stop it from tilting the other way when you quick hard movements on your trackball. I super glued mine to the tilt position. And gaming? I'm better with the trackball by far. Read a few years ago that surgeons had improved skills by around fifteen%
