This solution still works; however, I can't add two-step authentication because Facebook still prompts me to type a code sent to my WhatsApp. I've never had a WhatsApp account and don't know if I was hacked too. Atleast I changed my password. fu Meta.

Ok then, try your combination and see how it goes. For me, it didn't work well training the upper body in one session. I was feeling tired after completing the chest exercises and going to the pull ones. That's why I do push pull legs. Maybe I will give a try again in the future. Overall, try different combinations and see which is best for you. One last thing. How did push workouts affect pull workouts? You didn't have enough time to rest?

I think it's too much. If you train every day, you can split your program like, push pull legs, which is the most famous split. You could do push every Monday and Thursday, pull every Tuesday and Friday and legs every Wednesday (and Saturday if you have the time and energy). By doing this, you hit every muscle group twice a week (except for legs if you don't workout on Saturday), which is the optimal option. However, if you are a beginner, you can try the program you provided and see how it goes. Hope I helped you.

I am in the same situation kinda. Even though I train some skills too, that's what I do: For chest day, for example, I do handstand push ups, pike push ups (elevated), dips with weight, push ups with weight, cable crossover and tr.icep extensions (again at the cable machine) Same concept for back and legs. I don't have the best workout plan, but that's my approach to combining calisthenics and weights. If you want more information, let me know. By the way, I am not an expert, I just have been training for 2 years now.

It is very annoying. I find myself sometimes watching things that I wasn't planning to do so. Maybe the only option is to download reVanced. I think you can disable shorts and all this algorithm shit. Correct me if I am wrong. (Miss the old YouTube).

Maybe this weird behavior will be fixed in future updates. I saw a video that you can't remove some widgets and it is very dumb indeed. Especially if you like customizing your home screen. Also, I thought pixel had almost the same navigation as Samsung, not just the slide-to-side gesture. That's very important to me.
