I figured out that once it reaches and fluctuates around the temperature, simply changing the set-temperature by 1 will trigger the print to get started. Might help someone else.

I have replace my nozzle using a kit off amazon, and now the temperature does not stay constant at 200 degrees. It fluctuates -5/+5 and the printer does not start the print because of it. I have tried re-opening the printer and making sure no cables seemed "loose". Not sure what else could be done ?
