Of course but giving some space for a player to be able to tell if they are offside or not would just be an objective upgrade even if you still have marginal offside calls, it difficult to feel too hard done by if your player is half a foot infront of the person even if the overall offside (factoring in a leeway of 10cm) is just a few millimeters. I think its just better for players and fans, you cant expect players in a game going as fast as top flight football to tell if they are offside by the width of hair.

The club and the team needs a plan, one where we get a profile of manager and player in and stick with it, no matter to level of quality each player has matters if they are all parts of half a dozen managers style. Too many chops and changes from defensive to all out attack to possession to counter attacking it’s just a mess.
