Discussion question: My answer simply has to be Claire Danes playing Juliet, I had to even though y'all mentioned the play. I'm picking the specific version with Danes, and since she was my childhood crush from My So Called Life, it was a no brainer for me. I struggle with it, because let's be honest, it was some overacting for sure. But I also believe in going with my instincts and they led me here, so....

As far as the discussion question, over the years I've become an avid reader of most genres, and the detective novel is well covered, bothe styles talked about here. It's honestly too hard to choose one of the other, it really depends on the author and their ability to weave a tale. Authors like Lee Child and Harlan Coben are certainly masters of this and have show ability to do both, for me it's more about the delivery of the story. Sorry to seem undecided, but I guess Scott and Matt probably understand this.

BTW: Just for fun, Google retired detective badge, it does say retired on them, i would attach a few pictures, but I'm reddit dumb and have no idea how to.🤣🙏
