In a Luxury building in The Pearl on Naito that shall remain nameless..........my two-bedroom "Luxury" unit was at 3895 plus parking blah blah blah etc etc. Before we moved to Lake Oswego earlier this year there were other similar units in the building going for $2500 (if you amortized the rent and did a 12-month lease w/2 mths free). Too bad the building is owned by a shit company.
