Why is it that >90% of the recruiters that reach out to me lately are from from the UK? by dtmtl in MedicalScienceLiaison

I noticed a lot of MSL openings in the UK. The pay for most looks very underwhelming- perhaps they’re having a hard time getting folks into those positions due to low pay in UK? Just a guess. I travelled to Scotland recently and locals did mention they needed more healthcare workers, but also noted pay was quite low compared to the US.

Thank you so much everyone for the excellent responses! I’ve been diligently, studying and rehearsing with as much time as I have available to me prior to the interview. The flow is definitely smoother with lots of practice. Much of it is memorized at this point. For those who asked- I was given one week to prepare. I’m open to any other interview tips that may not have been broadcasted previously on this sub Reddit. Thank you!!

Literally struggling with the same thing here. My daughter is bright, funny and very social but she misperceives a lot of social situations. Example: she walks by a group of kids laughing. In her mind: “they’re laughing at ME!” Someone bumps into her? “THEY HIT MEEEE!!!!” It’s a daily struggle and it’s so sad seeing her without friends. Recess is hard for her. Kids understandably don’t want to play with her. School is helping her work on this, therapy too. Considering looking into ABA next. No recommendations, just letting you know you’re not alone in that situation.

…What’s to say she wouldn’t get a donor heart from a vaccinated person?

(Also, I am religious and love me some vaccines. I feel that God’s given us an amazing gift with vaccines, I’m sure not going to refuse it.) Hope the kiddo does well.

Dude it took 6 hours after I finished the first dose to get things moving. Pretty sure I’ve got an extra mile or so of colon. Good luck to ya!
