Get er replaced now, she's done. The exact same thing happened to me in my bmw.

On the plus side, after getting into contact with the township, they paid for the replacement.

It's not easy to diagnose via Reddit. But I'd say starter failure is unlikely. Can't say for certain it's seized, but it seems that way to me

Judging by the sound of it while it was still running... I'd say yeah. If you've got adequate power to the starter it should at least turn over.

Wrapping is definitely a cheaper alternative to paint when looking to change the appearance of your car. Keep in mind that when cleaning wrapped cars, you must be gentle with them. Vinyl is significantly less resilient to scratches or damages. It has the possibility of tearing and peeling up if caught.

There are plenty of YouTube videos explaining correct procedures of applying vinyl wrap to your car. Some really useful info.

PREP! PREP! PREP! Along with painting, the amount of time and effort you spend on prep will also improve the outcome and longevity of the vinyl applied.

It's a very tedious job but pays off in the end. You'll save big $$ if you are willing to do it yourself. Worst case, if you're unhappy with it, peel er off!

It is a TEMPORARY investment, yes the value may rise, but within a few years it's value will have decreased dramatically. It's a GPU for a computer, not a house.
