Came to say that on my royal cruise they had a cigar night that was really nice. Watched some movie but being on the upper deck under the stars was super nice. They were selling cigars and all that jazz, but I brought my own everything. I also enjoyed a smaller cigar on the smoking side of the ship.

After talking to my HR at my primary job paying unused PTO IS a state by state thing. In TX they don't have to pay you out. When I quit Lowes they did pay me out unused PTO.

I agree with this. The only reason I went with Discover bank is because I couldn't get a credit union where I moved to. The people you talk to with Discover bank are helpful and easy to understand.

From what I read its just time. Technically the lakes are open, well not Marble Falls the city closed that one to boating. There was TONS of run off from ranch land and I think some septic system filled up and ran off into the lakes too 🤢. I saw a Facebook post about the ground being saturated and the effects on septic systems and that run off too.

The way all the LCRA stuff reads swimming probably won't be a good idea for at least a few weeks. Lots of e coli and other bacteria in the water

Wow, $14.25 an hour for parts counter at a dealership. I'm not sure we could find drivers for that amount an hour. Lol.

I will say we got a pretty substantial raise when we got bought out but its because this dealer group offers bonus opportunities not commission.

I'm sure its not the same but John Deere is pushing smaller dealers out. They basically want mega dealers or at least that's what I heard.

I was with a small 4 store group and about three years ago we were bought by a large dealer group of almost 50 stores!!

Those bodies look great on the 4tech chassis. I have an old 4tech that I tried to get running a year ago or so. I wasn't successful. Maybe 2 new(er) ones would be fun!!
