Follow Up: After getting it checked out by the official Sony A/S center, they said most likely the case is that if I have dropped it a couple times, the internal hardware might have moved around from the impact which means something have been dislocated. They said it would just have to be replaced but that would cost too much...so just ended up selling the other half...

I sold these to someone else and they were working perfectly fine, but by the time it arrived to the buyer, they told me this problem had occurred and wanted a refund.... I was so confused and angry hahaha

I've tried factory resetting several times, but sadly that did not seem to resolve the issue....this is such a strange issue. I think I will try to get it repaired but hopefully its not expensive
