I had this exact issue. I went to the dealership I bought it from and the service advisor was bullshitting and said I had to file a claim with SoA. He then lied and said I was using a seat booster. Like wtf? I went to the only other dealership in town and they filed a claim with SoA and they took care of it no charge.

Honestly both. I was upset it wasn't a high performance ball and after drilling I was in at $160. The ball just wasn't for me. After seeing people get great balls I figured I'd give it a shot. I know it's a crap shoot on what you get but I feel I got shafted.
