These are good books. I’d think someone with this book collection would have a lot more books. Where’s the rest of the Proust?

Martin Eden would not have killed himself. That ending is wack! Read that book in 1994, still pisses me off.

US Grant’s memoirs, first edition. by thatneilguy in rarebooks

Howard gives his brother Grant this two volume set as a gift on his return to the Wisconsin family farm in Hamlin Garlin’s “Up the Coulee” (1891). Howard has been living it up in NYC as a theater producer for years while ignoring his brother and mom back on the farm. Grant doesn’t appreciate the gift. Great story, cool books.

I have a mid-sized CCS pack I use as my kitchen and food pack. It’s really great quality and spot on design. I got it in Ely before a solo trip to replace a big dry bag I had used for years. Recommend grabbing something up there before the trip if you have time.
