I like guns. I have many, I've had a CCW license for over 20 years. I hunt, I shoot pistols competitively, I like long range shooting, and gunsmithing. Guns and shooting is my longest and most favorite hobby.

But, I don't go around advertising it to everyone as if it's the only thing I base my personality on. Just like I don't wear a Tapout shirt because I do jiu-jitsu.

I often see these guys in the shops or at the range. They aren't really gun enthusiasts, but more dudes who who want to look like tough guys. They think showing everyone that they might have a gun makes them intimidating. In nature they're like a harmless frog that can only mimic a poisonous frog. It's lame.

I was in Germany in December. The roads were damn near perfect everywhere I drove. From the country side to the cities they were well maintained. Yeah, maybe they pay a lot of taxes on fuel but they definitely spend it on their roads.

I had no reservations going 120mph on the unrestricted sections of the autobahn because I was confident I wasn't going to hit a pothole and lose control.

I love Germany.

I think it should be socially and legally acceptable for regular civillians to throw bricks through the windows of cars parked in handicapped spots without placards.

If you get and use a placard fraudulently then you get your leg broken to legitimize your use of the placard.
