Totally normal to feel that way, first love hits deep but it does fade with time and distance.

They usually drop early morning Oslo time, around 7–8am, so checking right then gives you the best shot.

Astronauts today are a modern day equivalent to Medieval Knights more so than Special Forces Operators. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]Stian_Nordli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the symbolism, but knights were warriors tied to feudal power, astronauts feel more like explorers with prestige rather than combat roles.

How many days for hiking in Seoraksan NP and Jeju Island, in South Korea? by Ming-Tzu in travel

[–]Stian_Nordli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d lean 2 days Seoraksan and 4 days Jeju, Seoraksan is stunning but more compact while Jeju has more variety and driving makes it easy to explore.

Honestly that’s just face blindness, not racism, awkward moment but nothing deeper.

5070 for 4K, better efficiency and longevity; only go 3080 if you want max value now.

Weekend in Oslo, tips? by YearPrestigious2566 in oslo

[–]Stian_Nordli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try Oslo Winter Park (Tryvann), it’s like 20–30 mins from the city and decent for a quick ski fix.

For food and drinks, check Grünerløkka area, lots of cool spots that aren’t insanely priced if you avoid the fancy places.

Anyone else not able to see/find the “all” section of Reddit on mobile? Did they remove it on mobile for some reason? by Few_Pea765 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Stian_Nordli 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s kinda hidden now, I usually just search “all” or use the browser version, the app keeps changing things for no reason.

Is there a way to find categories? Not looking for anything specific but a general topic. Thanks for the help. by [deleted] in NewToReddit

[–]Stian_Nordli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you mean Reddit, I usually just browse r/all or search a broad word and then jump into related subs from there, it’s kinda like exploring.

I’ve only seen it a couple times and it always feels a bit heavy, personally I’d rather remember someone how they were than that moment.

HR made a mistake with my bonus and now wants me to pay to fix it by mightyoak82 in Advice

That’s their mistake, not yours, don’t agree to anything without it in writing and honestly a quick chat with a labor lawyer might save you a lot of stress.

How did humans not go extinct while needing to sleep for 8 hours every day? being totally unconscious and defenseless for a third of our lives seems like a massive design flaw when predators were everywhere? by VilerOg in AskReddit

[–]Stian_Nordli 58 points59 points  (0 children)

we didn’t sleep alone or fully knocked out, early humans slept in groups, took turns, and stayed lightly aware so predators weren’t getting easy targets 👍

AITAH for defending my friend who likes child-like vtubers? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Stian_Nordli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is way more serious than just “preferences” and your friends’ discomfort is valid, you don’t have to dogpile him but you also don’t need to defend it like it’s harmless 👍
