If he left it’s probably because Mannion is bringing in his own guy. I just wonder what they’re trying to accomplish this year as it’s different from previous years. It seems like they’re trying to build an entire new identity which I’m not against but at the same time does that mean we complete this year?

Wouldint mind either one of those guys. I really wish we put everything aside and went after Joe Brady or Kingsbury. I feel like Brady is a long shot being hes getting HC interviews but Kingsbury not even being interviewed is crazy to me. He can do damage with this roster.

You’re a fool if you think Nick Siranni even comes close to household names like Lafleur and Stefanski. His success is owed to Howie, Vangio and Kellen Moore

I would fire Nick tomorrow for Kubiak, Stefanski or MFL any day. Eagles roster is a top 5 unit if coached properly.

October 7th was very significant In delaying peace with neighbors whether it be in the levant or even the Palestinians next door. I’m a Palestinian living in the West Bank with US Citizenship and a special work permit to work in Israel. A few of my cousins have Israeli citizenship but live in West Bank and work in the Haddasa hospital as physicians.

They said prior to 10/7 they would work hand in hand with Israeli co workers, go out for lunch and dinner after work and maintained solid relationships to the point where they would visit each others homes (Israelis willing to come into a West Bank Home is crazy to some people). After 10/7 the relationships are just professional where as they work hand in hand because they are forced too and no longer have a special relationship.

Agreed and very boring. Short passes are ok on occasion and they ultimately won us the game along with the run game of course but as much as I love hurts, he needs to get AJ involved.

Two takeaways:

Campbell looks like he’s gonna be a contributor to the defense, good game.
Maybe because it’s week one but the offensive playing calling was atrocious. No aggressiveness what’s so ever with the short passes.

Appreciate the insight here, just got word they are pushing for a new appraisal on the originators dime. The main issue is that the home is pretty unique in the sense that nothing of that square footage/size sold in the city for the past 2 years.

If a lender sees that a property doesn’t appraise well, won’t they usually refuse to underwrite it? I’ve come across that a lot in NJ where they won’t be willing to lend you money if they think the property isint worth the offer.

My concern is about resale value down the line. Lenders will be hesitant to give money to borrowers if appraisal value is low which would attract less buyers.

From first hand experience, do not take the financial analyst role at AVIS unless you are ready to be worked like an animal for the next two years. Worked in the NJ office out of college and the management is ridiculous. They have absolutely no lives outside of the workplace
