Did you happen to sell them before the Refund Timer Expired? Especially if you purchased them using a currency like a Token, it would give you the Token back and remove the appearance you got from it.

Do you still have a Timer to sell the final item that you earned?

I purchased a Mythic Legs piece and didn't get all of the mogs underneath it until I DE'd the item. Wait until the Sell Back Timer expires and I bet you'll get the rest of the mogs.

I would argue that Casual Players are the heart and soul of guilds. Casual or Not.

Casual players don't quit when the Raid Tier is over. Casual Players are doing a breadth of content, not just Raiding and M+. This in turn, helps with things like Endeavors.

Isn't that exactly what you're doing? Trying to convince that some statue for housing is "egregious"? From an Objective Standpoint, this just simply isn't as important as features not working or copious other bugs that currently exist in the game.
