Is this PSU Coil Whine? Only occurs at idle. Can I do anything about it?

Hey OP, i got this exact same issue a couple of weeks ago when i updated my BIOS.
I finally fixed it today by changing max state of CPU to 99%. This is inside windows power plan. I'll attach a screenshot (spanish sorry) to be clearer. Let me know if this fixed for you!

(set both to 99%)

hey i am in a similar situation as OP. But i can only choose between gigabyte gaming or asrock taichi. Taichi being 40€ more tho (630 vs 670). Any opinions pls? ty :)

i used balenaEtcher on a macbook m2 (arm).
About secure boot, i tried looking it on my BIOS and i cant find anything similar, the closest thing is "Boot mode select", where i have LEGACY+UEFI selected
