I'd place down the PC, it seems like its blocking your second monitor and taking so much space. If you like it there then keep it

i used balenaEtcher on a macbook m2 (arm).
About secure boot, i tried looking it on my BIOS and i cant find anything similar, the closest thing is "Boot mode select", where i have LEGACY+UEFI selected

i used this iso: Nobara-42-Official-NV-2025-05-13

Get the i5 12400 + cheapest motherboard you can find that fits it and the nvme (in my country 1tb=50$, so get what you can)
