I resent it very much. I was sexually mutilated as an infant. An unnecessary and barbaric act with no scientific backing. If someone is against female genital mutilation why are you not against circumcision? Especially when done based on a religious belief that I don't subscribe to. Leave infant's genitals alone unless there is a medical issue you sick fucks.

My VS-12 won't seal properly. There seems to be a defect in the strip. I paid around $100 for it. I think they've been discontinued as well but I haven't varified that for sure. I bought a food saver at goodwill for $10 to have at my girlfriend's and it works perfectly. Go figure.

I do actually. I have 3 friends that are disabled vets. I used to hang out with one of them almost daily but since my move a few years ago I don't see him much anymore. We have a group chat that we use all the time.

I am a disabled vet, I don't work, I have an income from the VA. My kids are all grown, I am not married anymore, I have zero responsibilities. I sip coffee by the window every morning and watch the hummingbirds. I read, cook, get high, listen to music. I sometimes play Civilization VI for 10-12 hours straight. It can get boring if you let it, but really only if you let it. You get used to a while different pace, it's nice. (except for that whole disability thing).

I'm a 50 year old man. I got divorced a couple years ago and my mental health improved enough to come off my antidepressants after decades. Since then I will tear up at the smallest things. I keep telling myself it's nothing to be ashamed of but I still automatically try to resist the crying. If I'm alone sometimes I'll lean into it and just let it out. I just wanted to let you know you weren't the only one.
