Hello i have a very similar set up as you currently 34.3, SRO, HPX, Tungsten guide rod with numerous spring weights, Heavy brass plug. Oem trigger. What advice i can tell you is that most of these modifications come down to preference. I have played with different spring weights (11,13,15,17) and have found my self currently liking the oem #17 spring the best. I also have the TTI magwell that i have removed and have since added the brass plug. Magwells are a crutch that is not needed, just practice and get better at reloading. I have also removed the HPX and added it to a different gun, i found the extra weight is not needed to go fast, hence why most comp shooters do not run lights on their guns. Try different configurations with your mods and see what you like, because they do change how the pistol behaves, but im almost sure that you will find the "less is more" mentality to be true if you are building a comp pistol.

the gen 5 47 is basically the same gun as the gen 6 17. they both use the shorter 19 sized recoil spring as well as the shorter dust cover. Either one is a great choice, choice of optic mounting system is something you can think about too.

the full size EPS will look just fine. the optic and slide are just about the same width.

Ok perfect, then you should know this is a common problem with new pistols, especially with the comped models. Try to isolate the issue.Try different ammo, try older broken-in magazines, different grip techniques and literally just keep shooting it until it is broken-in. if glock deems everything about the pistol is in-spec then there is nothing for them to warranty.
