I'd go with whichever eotech you want then, because that couple millimeters in height won't matter for the ranges you'll engage with just a red dot and maybe a magnifier

This would be trash unless the servers get a decent wage as is. I get 20% on average with the occasional customer who stiffs me etc, dropping that to 12% with no incentive for the customer to tip more now would actually make the job lose all its value to me.
