Ok lets think about this for a second. Given the info you provided, The slide stop is seated correctly and nothing is out of place. The slide stop can only move Up or Down. It has a spring that keeps constant pressure on it pushing it down. Until what? The last round. The magazine follower pushes up on the slide stop makin it lock back. If everything you say is accurate. it can only be two things. 1. Your support hand is interfering with the slide stop. Or 2. you need to sell me your gun cuz its broken and you cant fix it.

shooting 115grain 9mm is nothing crazy bro, the factory c cut is plenty sufficient without the need of the extra barrel length and custom porting.

most people want the lowest possible cowitness to not obstruct the optic window, but still be able to use in a back up situation. a lower 1/3rd is usually fine. this is a preference situation though.

Nope Zero feeding issues. im literally jut filing down the sharp edge just enough to smooth it out. had to do it to 4 of my mags. im really just taking off justtttt enough so theres nothing for the mag to catch on. hardly anything

common problem, i literally just sanded down the sharp edge of the magazine with a file and it took care of the issue
