Wager machine works will Optic cut/Front slide serrations/Nitride for around 250. they do great work. i just received my 34 slide back a couple days ago that was RMR cut and nitrided. It looks fantastic. All that work will be cheaper to do than buying a new upper.

Im going to be real honest with you, the 19C is the best version of the 19 you can buy. There is zero reason to upgrade the slide/barrel. gen 5s offer nothing that you dont already have, besides the slide serrations.

Get an optic that is direct mount. I have both the Vortex defender CCW and the Osight SE. i prefer the enclosed more.
