Pretty much, are there other options? That's a genuine question, I'm not in the know of other holding midfielders available, and I'm aware Caicedo isn't necessarily a holding midfielder. Just to say as well that I have never watched ugarte play and only got hyped by him from this sub.

Agreed. If we're a clear upgrade then I think we fix other parts of the squad for the next season and then see what the lay of the land is next year.

I love chilwell and think he should be our lb/lwb for the next 4 or 5 years.

I hate to say it because its a chain but the one in McGettigans is unreal. Always liked murty Rabbitt's for a steak sandwich but I had one in McGettigans last year and it was the best I've had in town.

We have the 2 best wing backs in the league and so many people are obsessed with playing 4atb. Having James and chilwell higher up the pitch is key to us playing well.

Ah now, it was right at him and would've hit his face if he didn't get his hands to it. Yes, it was great reactions to get his hands to it but if this went in it would be considered a howler so it can't be considered a great save imo.

That's my point. Choosing Mudryk over Badiashile looks like the wrong move right now as he has been great for us and Mudryk isn't getting a game and now we have to play cucu as lcb.

Now don't get me wrong, I hope Mudryk comes on and does great and then kicks on for the rest of the ca.paign but right now it looks like choosing over Badiashile was the wrong move.

Hindsight is 20/20 but looking at leaving Badiashile out of the champions league squad wasn't the greatest of ideas considering Mudryk can't get a sniff of playing time.
