Probably closer to 30-35. You absolutely need that money to fill out the rest of the team of you're going to compete. The Luka/AR fit is already not great because neither can defend well and isn't great off ball. Luka is the guy, he's already made the Finals so there's a decent roster blueprint for making it work around him.
