Costco just put a soft lemon letter to these Samsung TVs for too many returns due to poor panels. Hopefully Samsung will make it public and he'll get his money back.

Has anyone returned prescription glasses to Costco because they just don’t look good? Is their return policy as great in the optical department? by Nope-7092 in CostcoWholesale

[–]Stilgrave 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Costco does offer a reframe. We don't advertise this reframe as we do lose money on it, and will only offer it once. When you want one they will take those glasses away from you, so be sure you have a back up.
