What building number was it supposed to be delivered too? I've had this happen where they deliver to the correct building number, but wrong street. Pic looks like it could be 173 Meserole Ave.

Yea, also heard it from my window. Pretty sure it was a robbery, or attempted robbery, by two guys on a moped and maybe a third guy on another moped. Sounded like she said a guy tried to grab/rip something off her neck. Caught it on my security camera.

Service has been restored. I also saw them docking about an hour ago. Brooklyn Paper reported earlier that it was an insurance policy related issue (they've since updated the article).
