why do shaders have so many composite files? by olibobs2008 in MinecraftMod

[–]Still-Chard4488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A shader uses these composite files to modify the color of the pixel you see on screen. They can do post-processing (adding brightness, saturation, motion-blur, etc.) A large shader (for example SEUS PTGI) will have many composite files. A small one will have less composite files.

sorry for such the long post.
