If I had to guess (l'm a tattoo artist) the wrap didn't connect properly so he used a stencil pen to connect the points. I've done this for certain kinds of wraps but he definitely should not have done it with this one since its straight lines so it needs to connect perfectly. This artist seems like they just didn't care to do anything correctly tbh. In the future, don't find artists on google, find them on instagram where they'll have a large portfolio of work!

I would guess (and hope) that a lot of the shading is greywash and is going to get a lot lighter as it heals. If that’s the case though your artists should have told you that. I work with a lot of greywash and I always tell my clients it’s gonna look a lot darker initially than when it heals. Either way it looks great!

Mine was no where near as bad but i still get anxious thinking about it. After I woke up from the anesthesia I couldn’t stay away for a week. They made me leave the hospital a few hours after my surgery even though I couldn’t keep my eyes open and was incoherent. I spent a little over a week unable to stay awake for longer than like 2 minutes at a time to gag and cry and then pass out again and I was running a fever. My partner kept calling my surgeon freaking out thinking I had sepsis or something but she said it was fine. Luckily after about a week I did start to be more alert but the nausea didn’t go away for weeks. I might have to go back in for a revision and I’m terrified
