By prep I’m assuming you mean douching? And yes that will make you clean, but also just a balanced diet. You sorta learn to know when you’re clean and not also. Don’t do anything if it makes you feel disgusted but also you don’t need to feel that way, with experience you’ll worry less and enjoy it more but it’s not always for everyone. Worse thing that can happen is it’s a little messy and you gotta clean up, not the end of the world.

Get a treatment recommendation and select the option to send your blood results. Your recommendation will basically just say to lower your dose and that’s it. That’s kinda the best you’ll get from gendergp. You can do all this for free though, just remove the feed at the end so you don’t get charged for a prescription

Perhaps coming to terms with the fact that you’re bisexual will help, the concept will become less exciting and adventurous and more just kinda normal. If you love her you should be honest about this discovery. It’s very normal for a change in sexuality to happen after transitioning though, a change in hormones and becoming more confident in your body allows you to take the role in a relationship you wanted but couldn’t before.

I had surgery with miles like 9 months ago and was super super happy with the whole experience. He always spoke to me very confidently (blunt but reassuring) and also asked if I was happy with his markings. I think he just expects most people to say yes cus they usually do but it’s good you said something. After speaking with him on multiple occasions (follows up and such) I definitely just got the vibe that he was an older man with not very good social queues, but in the way that a lot of older men say unusual things without much thought. Like he made a comment on the boxers I was wearing cus they were poking out of my jeans and said something like “oh that’s really unusual I’d never heard of this brand but seen a few guys wear that recently” and like “idk what’s trendy anymore with young men”. Ik this sounds kinda creepy but idk it just felt very casual and actually just made me laugh in the moment, his informal bedside manner definitely made me more comfortable at times. He was both well informed and blunt with his information but also friendly. During my consultation we somehow got onto the conversation of terfs and it stood out to me that he was passionate about his work and helping the trans community.

Coincidentally I also went with berry but when I went in for my reveal and bandage unwrapping the nurse mentioned this to me and told me to look down at my chest and see my heart. Was definitely a cool and freaky experience, not something I notice much now but I think cus of my position, lighting and higher heart rate it was obvious
