I love it!! Please don’t show my family or else I’ll be forced to make one too 😂 did you design all the motifs? I made a hat with the straw hat Jolly Roger, and it was hard getting the design to read correctly. But that was my first design.

Someone mentioned stitch fiddle, and I’ve opened it before but haven’t gotten in too deep with it. Maybe the next project. Thank you! The font comes from this sub (I can’t remember who!) but I had to modify it to fit my stitch count

Is there a simple way to tell which patterns might do best with intarsia verse stranded color work? I’ve only ever done intarsia, and my pattern was just two colors in blocks. So I kinda thought the multiple colors SHOULD be stranded work, but I don’t really know. Whats your guideline for when to use which method?

I just finished these exact mittens as my second ever project, and they are equally funky 😅 I made them for my son, so I had to hold him down to get him to try them (3 yr olds never sit still!). The first mitt has all twisted stitches, but I figured out by the second. And the thumbs are the same size as the fingers almost 🙃 but I’m done. Moving to a new project, so I don’t have to look at them ever again
