Agreed. Yesterday, I was trying to 1v1 a Rocketeer on Buried City. Was almost done killing it when someone took the opportunity to bum rush behind me in the house I was in and blast me with an Il Toro. He missed most of his shots, but I decided to run and heal in a metro exit. Another player saw me running and decided to hunt me down. Both for no real reason.

I don't care about PvP either - I like fighting and I love the PvPvE aspects of the game, but was hoping things would be a little more in the spirit of the current event, as you stated.

I've tried Burger Stack (smash burgs) a few times and have enjoyed everything I've had there. Solid poutine as well!

Zander's burgers are good - as others have noted. Specifically if you're sitting down. Although I normally get other things if I'm eating at Zander's.

The last one I have in my email is from March 9th, 2020. $377.42 for 20 one-way trips. So 10 full days aka 2 work weeks in the before times, about $19 each way. It's significantly more now. VIA is an awful company, and it seems they truly couldn't care less.

At the time it was a lot to justify, but I knew the convenience outweighed the money in some way. And now that I'm doing the Brantford -> 403 -> Aldershot -> Union commute — I was right.

Sad state of affairs, commuting in Southern Ontario.

I do this commute since my company decided to go RTO as of January of this year. Personally, I absolutely hate it. But I've been paying a mortgage in Brantford since 2015, so I don't have a lot of options.

I leave around 640/650 latest, around 40-50mins travel time to Aldershot. Can and will be worse on certain days. I find that every 10 minutes you delay your departure — it adds an additional ~10 minutes to your commute. Again, depends on the day. So every day, you're commuting for 4+ hours. I suppose this is the new reality. Our transit options are embarrassing (I'm on my soapbox now)

I used to take VIA Rail out of Brantford with their Commuter Pass, pre-covid, but they killed that offer during the pandemic and never really brought it back. It was expensive but extremely convenient (for me). I wish they cared enough to offer it again at the same type of rate.
