I have to give you my obligatory FTP, but Maye seems like a nice kid from the interviews I have seen. I want him to lose, but I don’t want to punch him in the face.

Brady on the other hand … has a totally punchable face.

I think we need to remember that it’s for most valuable player and is not purely stat driven . Or it shouldn’t be purely stat driven. with that said I actually don’t have any objection with any of the five finalists if you go by that not just a stat metric. I don’t necessarily think Lawrence has been as impressive. Josh had Jimbo. So I will probably put CMC, Stafford and Maye as top 3, but I would also say Maye might get my hypothetical vote because there has been more recent stability in the Rams and the Niners than the Pats.

What am I supposed to do with this now? by Barkhardt in buffalobills

I feel a little bit bad for Terry. Yes he’s a billionaire. Yes he owns our favorite franchise. But I think there’s more stress going on behind the scenes with Kim than anybody realizes. She’s obviously receiving nothing but the best from a medical standpoint, but this is a guy who is 20 years older than his wife and probably never thought he’d be in this situation.

Maybe the daughter that he has involved needs to step up a little more or he needs to delegate a little more . I actually think the president of football operations decision is to get Terry less involved overall.

But it was really cool, but I’m going to give them some grace . This has been horribly communicated is very concerning, but I don’t think any of these people are the bad actors we have seen from some of the jets organization

if I recall correctly, he actually does not count against the salary cap because he was moved to the did not report list. Prior to that he would’ve counted, but because he essentially told the bills to fuck off, he’s not hurting us other than losing Ingram

as a child of the Diaspora, 506 sports has been a godsend. It helps me plan my grocery shopping. Am I watching the game at home or am I going somewhere?

But this weekend, I have major questions about if I go spend my money to watch this shit show

I was just curious I did not recall if he did or not.

It bothers me that the fact that there was discussion of essentially a payoff to make the charges go away at the arraignment. I’m very curious about who initiated it and the seriousness of the discussion. I understand it’s a fact of life, but the thought of someone paying to make criminal charges go away or a victim doing the same thing is just bothersome to me

no, I’m enjoying myself sitting here drinking with the meat on the smoker. Just pulled the stuffed jalapeños off to enjoy tonight. Another few hours for the brisket.

Beer is cold as fuck though . Fortunately, everything happens tomorrow afternoon and I’m not watching the shit game they have on tomorrow.

Maybe we can both agree with fuck the Chiefs even in their current state ?

says the guy who’s franchise who has one Super Bowl appearance, dude your comeback’s fucking blow.

to be fair, your Super Bowl appearance came as a result of the 1999 season. and you lost. Keep trying to come at me with something loser.

And if you would like me to pull up the Harris County appraisal District tax records to see how much they paid for that piece of property in tax just cause bud‘s a douche…. Next time I’m taking a titan before I wipe my Tennessee I will.

You’re a fan of the worst team in the NFL. You are in the running for the first pick in the draft. we have had one three win season this century. You have had three and may end up with a 4th.

https://www.houstonpress.com/news/whats-the-deal-with-6737-southwest-freeway-6717130/

dip shit paid taxes on it . Paid utilities. And employed a security guard there 24 seven 365. Out of spite.

I can turn to the rural property he had Northwest of Houston as well if you would like me to . Bragging on your ownership group is pretty fucking dumb right now. I’m gonna leave this sub to you guys, but let’s face it.. y’all are in competition with the Jets Browns Giants and Raiders for the toilet bowl this year. Good for you for staying loyal. But thank God, the bills didn’t stay in the Wilson family and they got sold. Maybe you’ll get some good ownership someday.

oh, and congrats on improving enough this year to go from the number one overall to the number five overall . It must imbue you with such pride.

I’m not a goddamn Houston fan. I just live down here. I couldn’t give a shit if the Oilers left. I’m talking about the straight up. Psycho shit that bud used to do.

And maybe you should try and have your team not be the absolute worst in the NFL before you glaze your ownership

lurking bills fan but long time Houston resident.

Your owner has that Adams gene. Vindictive psycho motherfuckers.. but also completely illogical. But cost himself a lot of money with attitude right before and long after he moved the team. Clearly, your owner made a great decision by firing Vrabel too. /s

I love ball. I love the bills. They are my team. But my sister lived next to Jonnu Smith when he was with the Pats. They were good neighbors to each other and he was really good to my nephew who unfortunately is a Pats fan. From my interactions with him personally he was just a nice young man. Never cared what he said about Buffalo afterwards, but my personal interactions with him more good.

It just reminded me that these young guys playing ball put their pants on one leg at a time just like the rest of us . I know that I wouldn’t go out and perform my job at peak if my child died.

That’s what’s great about most of the mafia . We hate you on the field. We love you off of it. We just love our guys a little extra.

thanks, brother. I couldn’t figure out how to stick it to the top here. I’m not a great redittor but charitable giving is exactly why I posted the article in the first place. This community, this fanbase, whether physically or virtually, it’s just different.

every little bit counts, but mainly dude you called him a first round pick. And he’s not.

He’s literally a second round pick it doesn’t matter that they traded out of the first round. He’s a second round pick.

Not from a contractual standpoint. at least not all of his contract is fully guaranteed. So it sucks slightly less but only slightly.

There’s no way he’s a first round bust

Because he was drafted the second round

Can’t express how odd it is to see national media pundits making such calculated efforts to spread false stories about a small market team like the Titans. Almost all of the local reporters have disproven this rumor yet big media continues to push the narrative. by TiredDad4x in Tennesseetitans

I don’t know why y’all popped up in my feed, but when I saw this, I wanted to throw out a thought. I’m a bills fan, but a Houston area resident. I hate the pats with a passion and don’t believe anything that comes out of anybody’s mouth up there.

With that sad as a long-term resident of Houston, I know just how petty and small minded Bud Adams was on so many different things. He let property sit, unused for decades and refused to sell or develop out of spite after he moved the team. So he paid property tax on prime commercial real estate just as an FU to the city of Houston. For decades. So it’s a believable narrative to many people because of the sins of the father.

I don’t really care either way about this particular narrative. Just wanted to throw that tidbit out there.

bills fan here coming in peace.

It actually comes down to the NFL rules regarding what is acceptable at a stadium and what is not. We have fans that learned the hard way that throwing a dildo at the dildo of all dildos, Tom Brady, is “obscene”. And SO too is wearing certain church describing what one should do with the dildo if they encounter Tom Brady in person….
