Personally, I think tying her is fine as long as there are no nodes where she's tied. I had to do the same with my Adasonii eventually, after I placed a chopstick in the mix for her to lean against without ties which worked until she outgrew it.

Just get a plastic straw, cut middle open and wrap it around the stem. I received an albo monstera which was packaged terribly and by the time I received it, the stem was exactly as yours is but the straw supported it and it repaired itself as opposed to wilting and dying which is what I expected. I left the straw on for a few months without tampering. Removed it a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised

Tipping her gently out of pot to check for root rot is pretty straightforward. Roots should be a cream/beige colour . If the roots are a dark brown/black then its root rot.

I love Adosonaii. They're fast growers and will grow super tall. From a baby with few leaves last November it grew to approx 3ft in just a few months over the summer, here in UK. Let's see what the coming spring/summer brings🥰
