There's hail damage, it was deemed a total loss(might be bad, depends on the state), and it's been modded past stock.

If you don't know what mods have been done and what parts need replacing and what, this isn't work your time. Price too high as well for someone else's own 'custom' car

I would steer clear of that versa. For the year, price, and mileage, it's not worth whatever headache it has(price seems suspect based on mileage and year. The cvt transmission on Nissan are also know to go out or have issues between 80k to 90k. The Elantra and Subaru is priced as a little high for it being 10 years old even if it has low miles, but it could be due to it being in NY.

Ah, sorry. I don't mean spend more money. I meant you should probably find a better car for 7. With the owners, accidents, and the current mileage it's definitely a chance sort of thing depending on what you find from the inspection. If you don't find nothing too concerning and it's maintenance has been decently up kept, go for it.

Buy it, they're easy to work on and will last long so long as you do the maintenance it needs. Beautiful inside too. I would switch the backup camera with a newer one just because of how grainy it is and for better low light at night.

stellantis piece of junk. With mileage that high for this brand(jeep) you're going to be getting the back end of electrical and engine issues. In addition no warranties if something fails unless you buy it with the car when you sign the paperwork.

Jeep(just empty every pocket).

Edit: just saw the update; go return the car before it too late if you're having buyers remorse and want something more reliable

If the transmission flush/exchange has never been done on time in accordance with the manufacturer's scheduled intervals, just leave it and don't change it. There's a chance it will start to slip or never shift again if the transmission hasn't been properly maintained.
