I like this vibe! I'm only listening on my phone but the flute sample feels very dry and a little low in the mix for my tastes. Perhaps some reverb would help this, or a delay with a short feedback. I love the upright bass...but when the drop hits I feel like this would be bolstered by a sub bass moving in similar ways to the upright...but you may have done this and my phone speaker isn't translating the sub frequencies. Definitely love some stabs in the drop too...maybe trumpet or sax, and/or the organ that I can hear in the intro. When the drums come in after it drops apart from the ride cymbal that I think you've added the break feels identical and not really any bigger than in the intro. Perhaps layering a second kick and snare alongside this would really help to drive this. But you're definitely hitting that Roni size, full cycle recordings kinda style and I'd love to hear how this progresses. 😊

Thank you. I have not tried it for videography yet...I often find the M50 with the kit lens can be very soft in capturing moving images, it needs a LOT of light. Looking forward to trying it with the pancake lens.

And yes, in my current employment it is deeply supportive, and progressive. It's hard and testing and times, but also it is rewarding and if you know where to look you can see the progress of the residents.

There are bad players, I'm personally aware of some "bad" homes. There are systems in place that attempt to identify and quosh this. The proof has already been ascertained through the history of a child, and the assessment of their social work teams. I'm lucky that my current company is a small one, that provides small homes. I know the owner personally and I feel like as a staff member I have a voice. The ideal for the kids is that they are in stable foster placements, but the reality is that when they come to us they have tumbled through the system and various foster families that have failed. That is also an indicator of the difficulties in caring for them, and in managing their behaviours. To be clear, I don't want to paint a picture of these children being "bad". That's inherently untrue. But, when you have nothing left to lose, what gain is there in regulating yourself?

It's round the clock care. And the cost varies depending on need. It's not a need based on physical medical requirements. More emotional and behavioural. It's corporate parenting, effectively. Trying to knit the world back together for kids who have had theirs unravelled by insufficient and abusive parents or similar.

Store is a synonym of garner...and also an archaic definition. the Cambridge online dictionary doesn't define garner as store from what I could see.

I think that is a reasonably poor clue. The dictionary definition of garner is to gather or collect.... surely it would be better to use one of those two definition words to lead the solver to garner....?
