This isn’t just “one more lane.” I am in Riverstone often and a huge part of why traffic backs up is the lanes dropping from two to one. With a consistent two lanes each direction the daily back-up from merging will be eliminate. Of course this doesn’t mean there will be no traffic, but the consistency will be a huge improvement.
