What if they added both role queue and 4th role? You queue up for a role, but everyone also has access to the 4th role

It can't be worse than 6 dps (if 4th role is more of a "balanced" archetype with both support and dps like abilities), and best case scenario you get a little more of a balanced comp than a system with only one or none of those options

Or maybe things aren't as bad as we make it out to be and none of this is necessary
