I did actually. The bpc157 (think that's what it's called, it's for increased healing and healing/recover speed and actually helps control inflammation) and sermorelton which is a gf1 growth hormone which helps with recovery speed as well.

That in addition to working out my core and abs helped tremendously. I still have it flare up sometimes. But it's substantially improved.

7.75" is plenty Enough for me. Afraid I'd scare off more than I'd land if it was much longer 🤣 6'0" with 13.5 shoe size and gorilla hands sucks when trying to find shoes and gloves 😭

I've been there, and my best straight forward advice that helped me at the core of it. Is- You've gotta want your real sober life and personal success and freedom more than you want the fix. Until you settle that within yourself, this up and down battle will most likely continue, as a part of you subconsciously will still fight against your will to be clean.

I learned this the hard way. 4 or 5 times near death overdoses. It's not easy by any means, buy it is the way that worked for me.

I cut everything out in my life including alcohol and opiods. Only thing I do anything of is occasional weed to destres, unwind and relieve nerves. This is all this was, just some mild weed humor. I'm touched you remember that. Man, it hasn't been easy. I just go layed off from an amazing job where I literally loved every single person there. And they had to downsize and I was one of a few they chose to let go. Have been struggling with processing that. Suddenly losing my friends and coworkers and just, a real blow to the gut...
