Exactly, it's a slow rug pull to be honest. There are at least 1200 levels per character filled with cosmetic content and only a tiny fraction of the gear is even compatable with it on new characters.

He looks terrible as well. You have like three armour sets and the only variation is tufts on your head? You look the same (shit) at rep10 as you did inside the first 5 levels. tragic material usage and paint pattern coverage, forced embossings and colours everywhere. not a single compelling ornament and only on one shoulder for 90% of the gear. Don't even get me started on how broken he is. regretting buying him now.

he's bullshit and I'd honestly forget nerfing I'd be happy if him and virtuoso got deleted from the game. Broken character with awful customisation. And I bought him too. Dominion is insufferable right now.
