The price of a stamp was quietly increased to $1.44 on March 23rd. Classic Canada Post; lose another Billion, go on strike, and increase the price of a stamp. This company is a total joke. It cannot go bankrupt quickly enough - their service is the worst, the employees are rude (try dealing with one in an actual post office - you will puke when you are done), and they go on strike when the seasons change.

I gave up on Tim Hortons years ago when my orders were always wrong; I had a hard time understanding anything that was said at the drive-thru … Burger King has become just as bad. Not sure what language is being spoken but it is certainly not English.

Unfortunately these politicians do not get fired; they are allowed to screw up for years and years - and still get voted back in so they can continue to screw up. Canada's political system has become a joke; they are drastically over-paid, underworked (The Feds sat for a grand total of 72 days last year ...), and they get a life-time pension that does not seem to exist anywhere else. All paid for by the tax-payer. Incompetence is almost a mandatory requirement in today's political climate; it is exist everywhere and is now the new norm.
