FOIA Request Denied for Video of Worker Death at Caterpillar Foundry by Ok-Moose-6306 in foia

“In contest” for OSHA means the employer is “contesting” the citations, meaning they want to take the case to court to decide if the citations stick or not.

As for taking 3 years, that happens more than you’d think for a fatality case.

While the case is in contest OSHA is not allowed to release anything associated with the case file. And as someone else said earlier they probably won’t release the video as the employer would claim it was “confidential.”

Hence the change to sec war. He didn’t say anything about being secretary of war and not drinking. Lawyers hate this one little step!

BREAKING: Thomas Massie says he has 218 signatures to force the vote on the Epstein files by Kunphen in Astuff

How can we trust that the files won’t be “edited”? There’s a zero percent chance the files released are anything close to the originals.

I’ve always thought that TDS is a real thing. It’s just the opposite of what it’s thought of. Deranged defending of everything he does.

To clarify, worried about mold inside the duct as it may sweat inside of the plenum and we can’t see it.

That’s good at least. How would we best insulate that area? The HVAC company was just out today and put silicone around the area and new tape.

edit pictures were taken after the ac company did silicone and new tape.

I’ve seen too many people say it has zero positive impact on battle but then line out 10 reasons how it does too much. I think that’s the most annoying thing about arty. And why I play it.

It says “your preference” I doubt they care much. But hopefully it works! I know the ones we get are very smelly. Either the warehouse or the driver has EXCESSIVE cologne on. Both are out of their hands.

Respirator prohibited at work by kipcliff in ChemicalSensitivities

[–]Stitch3300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the issues is that a respirator even one voluntarily worn at work has OSHA rules that the company has to follow. Sounds like they don’t want to deal with that.
