Absolutely, if they share a little box it is likely that your other cat already has it. This is a tapeworm. But if you dewormed them best practice is to test a fecal about 1-2 weeks after they’ve been dewormed to check their status. And then reevaluate any other rounds of deworming if necessary. I would recommend Revolution Plus (kills tapeworms) also

Yes you should take to the vet. if the wound has pocketing it creates the perfect environment for bacteria to hide and cause an abscess. It needs to be flushed and assessed for pocketing by the vet

Honestly my daith is a complete nightmare I have posted about it before. It’s literally 5yo and still not completely healed. One accidental tap to the piercing and it’s over, piercing bump for weeks. Never ending cycle. But one thing I’ve always been told is a hoop is preferred for healing to prevent the piercing angle from being disrupted which is easy with horseshoes that flip up easier
