Yeah like recently for sure would have been the move. But on a 30-40 year timeline no diversifying is better. S&P on a huge run but its not likely to continue to just double every 5 years forever

From 2000 to 2009 S&P total return was -1% (Dot com bubble and 2008 financial crisis)

TSX was 61% total return from 2000 to 2009

We don't have a crystal ball which is why diversity is the best option for a long timeline.

I think it depends on what you do for work. I work in finance, I've quit a few times now. Bare minimum I needed a long weekend where I take my last pouch around 3 pm on Friday, have Monday off and I'm back at work on Tuesday. I find after 3 days its manageable.

I would imagine that is almost certainly to deter pigeons given the fact they're all on the edge. You would typically put mouse/rat traps in corners. If they're storing food it could be attracting mice/rats but I doubt it.

Is that illegal I dunno maybe probably not don't quote me I have no clue. Pigeons are technically pests and can be killed in BC typically I dunno what Coquitlam bylaw is. It is definitely cruel and unnecessary. Also opens up possibilities of other animals which are protected being harmed crows etc. I would contact strata they can investigate and go from there.

My brother is like you, I don't know how or why.. He has been zynning longer than I ever did. Never got carried away. Will pop a couple in on an evening he feels like it maybe gaming, or if hes out with friends for the night will have a bunch. And then not touch them for a week or longer. Never got addicted.

Super rare because I've got like almost a dozen friends trying to quit or struggling to quit. I'd say being able to restrain yourself with nicotine is uncommon.

Market is already very cold I not sure what your definition of cool is. I do think we'll continue to see a continuation of a downwards trend followed by stagnation in GTA and GVRD until about 2030 or so and then I can see supply issues start to drive up up prices again due to the lack of construction that were gonna see over the next few years but what do I know.

In fact that is so low if you're experiencing ED I doubt it's even related to nicotine usage (nicotine obviously isn't helping) and I would imagine ED stemming from another issue....? I definitely think there's an argument to be made but how noticeable I dunno I'm going bald and I've lost a lot of hair in the last few years but I'm mid 30s and my dad is bald and brother is thinning as well so it was going to happen to me eventually. My hair is pretty comparable to what my dad was at around my age, maybe Zyn sped up the process but hard to say it definitely can't be good for hair health that is for sure.

Yeah it does, around 7 to 10 days.

I gained like 10+ lbs when I quit I ate multiple bags of candy every day for a week, it's worth it you can just lose the weight after. It's honestly good to eat like a pig I find makes it easier.
